Eric Haug - Owner
My first day as an employee of Pets-A-Plenty was in 1975. Today, as sole owner, I have over 30+ years of experience working with and selling reptiles, amphibians, and small mammals.
For the past few decades, I have been breeding and studying many different species of reptiles. I have traveled throughout the United States and several other countries studying the natural environments and habitats of reptiles and amphibians to better serve our customers with regards to the health and maintenance of their pets.
I would like to offer my personal thanks for those of you who have enabled us to serve you in past years, experiencing the wonders of reptiles. I would also like to give a warm welcome to you newcomers about to enter this fascinating world of herps!

"I've been a customer of Pets-A-Plenty since I was knee high to a grasshopper, and I never imagined that I would one day be able to work here. I have been keeping, catching, photographing, and breeding various reptiles, amphibians, and assorted creepy crawlies since I was 8 years old.
I have a BS in Wildlife and Fisheries Ecology and Management from Texas A&M University and have participated in studies of some of our native reptile and amphibian fauna ranging from spot-tailed earless lizards to salamanders to dunes sagebrush lizards.
I love helping both new comers to the hobby and experienced Herpetoculturists with their journey into the fascinating world of Herps."
